Ramon Andriessen is a multi-disciplinary performer

I’m so glad you’ve found my page, and I hope we have the chance to connect. I am a multi-hyphenate who has worked extensively in the arts, teaching and performing for stage and screen. 

On December 26th 2000, I was born in the city of Naarden, near Amsterdam. My brother and my parents welcomed me into their home in Naarden. I haven't left Naarden, since. My creative journey started at the age of ten, when I entered the cast of ZORRO THE MUSICAL, Stage Entertainment. My love for theatre has gotten inevitable ever since. As I followed my regular High School (Goois Lyceum, VWO) classes with honours, I participated in many extra curricular classes such as the debate team, drama club, the annual school musical, piano lessons, singing lessons, dance classes and I started working as a voice actor and waiter.

Some notable performing credits include: THE GOOD DINOSAUR as the role of Buck, BIZAARDVARK as the role of Ian, LEGO NINJAGO as the role of teen Wu, DRONIX as the role of Ernesto and Rohan.

At the age of eighteen, I got accepted into the Academy for Musical- and Music Theatre at Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts in Tilburg. I followed singing lessons by Edward Hoepelman, Ivar Costenoble, Ingrid Zeegers, Katrien Verheijden and acting lessons by Marc Krone, Brigitte Odett and Ad Knippels. During my college years, I continued my work as a waiter and I started working voluntarily as a buddy to an eight-year-old. I took a minor in educational science and so I started working as a teacher in Musical Theatre at RTL Telekids Musicalschool. Beside these activities, I worked as a private vocal coach and I remained active in the industry of film and television as an actor, and behind the teleprompter for NOS.

In telling stories through arts I hope to connect, inspire and learn. Getting to meet people and telling stories as a multi-disciplinary performer gives me so much energy.
